3. Products & Custom Preparation
All FrameCert products are custom-prepared based on the specifications selected by the customer, including document size, layout, and presentation configuration.
Once production, assembly, or processing has begun, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or returned except as outlined in our Return & Resolution Policy.
Minor variations in materials, including natural wood grain, tone, and texture, are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

FrameCert offers international shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for:

FrameCert is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by customs authorities, carriers, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
6. Returns, Cancellations & Resolution
All returns, cancellations, and issue resolutions are governed by our Return & Resolution Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.
