All FrameCert frames are custom-prepared for each order to ensure precision, quality, and long-term preservation.

The total estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, calculated from the date your order is placed. This includes:

· Careful preparation and assembly

· Quality inspection and protective packaging

· International shipping and final delivery

We aim to deliver every order within this timeframe while maintaining the highest standard of craftsmanship.

2. Why It Takes Time

Unlike mass-produced frames, each FrameCert piece is prepared individually.

This process ensures:

· Accurate fit for your document

· Archival-quality assembly

· Careful handling and inspection

This additional preparation time is essential to delivering a product that meets our quality standards.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Because each frame is prepared to order, processing begins shortly after purchase and cannot be interrupted once production has started.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally using trusted logistics partners.

Delivery after dispatch typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on destination.

While most deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe, shipping may be affected by:

· Customs clearance

· Local carrier operations

· Public holidays or peak seasons

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after shipment.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

FrameCert is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Customs & Import Duties

In most cases, import duties and taxes are handled as part of our shipping arrangement, and customers are not required to pay additional fees upon delivery.

However, customs policies may vary by country, and in rare cases additional charges may apply. FrameCert is not responsible for any such charges if imposed by local authorities.
